Battle Plancards with teams for 12 minutes. Teams can be 2, 3 or 4 people per group. All work at same time. Hearts = pull ups Spades = burpees Diamonds = over the box box jumps – hips do not need to open before coming off box clubs = air squats 10 minutes Maintenance/Stretch: split class in half. 5 minute roll out on calves, hamstrings glutes. Flip over and roll quads if time.
